Zaffron is owned by local businessman Sean Usher. He is one of the very few English owners of Indian restaurants in the UK. He opened his other restaurant and takeaway POPADOMS, in 1996. He takes a very hands on approach to his restaurants and is always around to look after customer's needs and ensuring his high standard are maintained.
